Good Morning Jim,

I am sad to say that Ed passed away on Sunday night around 10:30PM.  My son and I were in the room with him when he left this life.  After having Lewy Bodies dementia for several years, it seems like it all happened so fast in the end.  He was only in the care home less than six months and on Hospice for 10 days.  These last few weeks have been surreal to me.  Although I am heartbroken, the reality is that Ed would have hated to be bedridden or in a wheel chair.  He was always ready to go.
