Ken died of leukemia July 19, 2003 in Spokane, Wa.  He is survived by Denise M. Kuhta, wife; Nicholas Kuhta, son; Amy Kuhta, daughter.  Kenny was a good guy, with a great sense of humor.

Ken was a colleague at Chico State and moved up to Washington. We corresponded once or twice and then didn't for many years. When I sought him out for a get together in '03 I learned of his passing from his widow, Denise.
